EXERCISE


You had practice a balance diet…But, you still cannot achieve your ideal weight?..That is because you need both healthy diet and good exercise…Here, there are some tips for you…

1. Choose activities that are fun, not exhausting.
2. Add variety. Try not to rely on one activity, but develop a few that you can enjoy. That way, exercise will never seem boring or routine.
3. Find a convenient time and place to exercise.
4. Use music to entertain you as you exercise.
5. Exercise with a friend.
6. Do not overdo exercise.
7. Increase duration and intensity of exercise gradually.
8. Make your daily life activities count for more.
9. Keep a record of your exercise activities.
10. Reward yourself at special milestones.
