From the Chinese point of view, they already known about the medicinal benefits of green tea since ancient times. it is used it to treat everything starting from headaches to depression. there is some benefits get by drinking the green tea such as:

  • The antioxidants content in green, black, and oolong teas can help to block the oxidation of LDL (bad) cholesterol, increase HDL (good) cholesterol and as the result improved artery function.
